I realized at the end of the previous post that it was Valentine's Day (maybe you noticed the somewhat cursory Valentine's wishes at the end...), which proves that having an anniversary right before Valentine's day renders it a little overlooked every year.
So we made cookies (substituting chocolate buttercream for the pomegranate stuff- who would choose fruit frosting over chocolate??) to make the day a little special.
Soon enough, David, soon enough. And did I say it was in the 50's today? Since then we reached 70 degrees! Glorious.
